Equality Tracker
The Equalities Charter for Film Tracker Tool has been designed by Shapiro Consulting Ltd. In collaboration with the 21 Charter members. The Tracker is an independently validated survey tool which enables each participating organisation to:
- Identify their own current position on each of the Equality Charter for Film’s 6 pledges
- Identify their priority actions for the year ahead from the results of the Tracker and consultancy support
- Track progress on diversity in their organisation year on year
- Access knowledge, experience and good practice from other participating organisations
The collective results of the Tracker also provide a unique opportunity to identify the progress organisations from across the UK film industry are making towards achieving equality and diversity. It provides industry wide data on where the blocks to progress lie and what is required to overcome them. This information is used to help guide the application of resources and direction of diversity strategy at the UK Film Council.
