Encourage skilled and talented individuals from all communities to progress their careers and remain involved at all levels of the UK film industry, across the value chain.
Develop and adopt internal equality and diversity policies and practices (including equalities training for personnel) and proactively monitor and update them.
Celebrate and take steps to promote and increase on-screen diversity.
Equalities Charter
In 2005, 21 UK film industry organisations signed up to 6 Pledges, creating the first ever Equalities Charter for Film.This ground breaking move provides a unique opportunity for film industry organisations to work productively together to achieve equality and diversity improvements across the film value chain.
